after first looking at the write up, the first thing that came to mind was WOW, they really worked the heck out of his arm. so i did some research at BA and they thought the same as me.

3. Tim Lincecum, rhp, Washington
After being passed over for 40 rounds last year, Lincecum appears to be slipping several spots (but not rounds) in this draft. Due to his workload (125 IP, 199 K's) and small frame, he may be shut down for the year by whatever team drafts him.

That's funny, cuz USA Today said he will be the first draftee to get to the Majors, and maybe even this year as a reliever. That Carolina guy wants a major league deal (like 6-7 for 35-40 mill)a years so he will not be in the Top5.

The best Major League pitcher in this draft will end up being Brandon Morrow from Cal. He throws the hardest in the draft and his control is good as well. I heard alot about him being compared to Mark Prior because his fastball is so good except Morrow throws a little harder than Prior. He throws 95-99MPH. Hes a lock for top 5, and I heard hes going to the Mariners at #5. The only reason why hes not being considered as a #1 pick is because he has diabetes. But the doctor has cleared him. I wish the Giants had a shot at this guy with #10 pick to take the local guy.

I hit a double off him in Joe D when we were 16 haha. Ya he went 2nd pick to the Rockies.

Josh Lansford went in the 6th round to the Cubs, he's a San Jose kid. Carney's son. Went to St Francis.

From what I read about Drabek, he's either going to the 2nd coming of christ, or a cautionary tale for rooks.
