Nope it's free. Just go to www.tube2tone.com. Than you copy any URL from any youtube video and it will convert it to a ringtone than you send it to the number you want and than when you open the message save as ringtone. It is completely free. They did start charging for the very popular videos though but it doesn't really matter since I just go and find a less popular version with less views and it will work again.
