what r good mp4 converters for ipod?

ive been looking all over the net but ive only found ones with a conversion limit to 5 min or 3 uploads and stuff. whats a good FREE converter that has all the capabilities? appreciate the help

I been using Handbrake. Works cool so far. Except for some DVDs it wont work because your suppose to choose the chapter with the longest running time like an 1h30min that would be the chapter with the movie. But some have like 20 chapters and wont convert the whole movie. Anyone know how to fix this shit or get through it?

that might only be for os x though

^^it is only for OSX, man. And, in order to convert WMV's, dont you have to have Flip4Mac, too?
