I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANY 1 KNOWS WHAT NORTENO CD HAS SOLD THE MOST UNITS?

I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE ONE OF SIR DYNOS SEEING AS HOW YOU MORE LIKELY TO FIND HIS SHIT OUTSIDE OF NORTHERN CALI THEN ANYTHING BY EASTCOCO OR STL.

I know it sold a lot of units. But I doubt it was that much. That's more than most major Bay Area artists. There's no way it soid more than "Tryin To Survive In The Ghetto" and "West Coast Bad Boys 1 & 2" cds. Plus, 100,000-150,000 units would've gotten Black N Brown signed. Someone's mistaken or misquoted.

I BELIEVE THAT WOOD HAD POSTED UP A FEW MONTHS AGO THAT NORTHERN EXPOZURE VOL. 2 HAD SOLD 10K APPROX.

off topic: i was on vacation in gay ass newport beach (which is southside, kind of by l.a.) and i bought two cd's :northern warriors, and trunk muzic. and they were both used, too. and they also had some darkroom but shit i already had. i didnt know those cd's get sold down there too.

You can sell that much and not be signed! It was just a compilation not a solo project.

In a old MURDER DOG article SAN QUINN (who also has credit for putting it out)
stated that at that time DEC.1998 the cd had sold more than 50,000 units!

So i know it could be more than a 100,000 units, the cd was released FEB, 10 1998 and it sold that many units in just afew months, I ran a urban department for a mom & pop chain and i can tell you that, that cd we sold atleast 4 a week! thats just us! so just imagine what it is selling in other record stores.

And also GUN did not sell 100,000 no way posible, the cd maybe 10,000, you have to undestand for them to take it to press that many times would've had them in jail right away, DYNO and HUERO where tryin to keep that shit as much in the lows as they can, they never imagine the cd would be the success that it is today! Also they had no way of telling how many where scan because the BAR CODE was to big to read!!!! their only goin gon the assumsiton that they sold that much becuase in how many they got rid of.

Lynch-Season Of da Siccness sold that much, and you're tellin me that Black N Brown sold as much or more? Black N Brown are not more known than Lynch. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Black N Brown, but there's no way that they sold that much of that 1 album. I know that they're known in Northern Cali, but you'd have to sell a lot out of Northern Cali to get that many sales. Like I said, I know that they sold a lot, but no way sold 100,000 plus. 50,000 units is a hell of a lot to sell. I might believe that they sold close to that, but no way 100,000 plus.
