now that the homeboy woodie passed (R.I.P.), Who owns east coco records now? What's gonna happen to the label? i know its soon after he passed and there probaly no answers for my question. but it'd be a shame to see such a label go down after how hard everybodys worked to get it where it is now. god bless n stay up folx

Id Hope His Mom (Or Other Family Member) Passes The Rights To Sumone That Will Continue To Push The Label And Make It What Wood Always Wanted It To Be

Its A Shame To Think The Man Is Gone, I Still Dont Beileve The Suicide Explaination, He Had Too Much To Juss End It All, And I Know He Was Competant, He Never Seemed Out There.

I Dont Care About Details Or What Lead To His Death Really, I Would Juss Like To Know ASAP About Funeral Services, I Would Like To Pay My Last Respects To Him, He Influenced Me In Ways None Of You Would Beileve, And Hopefully His Mom Is Cooping, In All Honesty My Heart Hurts For Her

God Bless You Wood, Rest In Peace

you could kinda tell that his heart was no longer into making music. You could hear it in ne7, he wasnt into it anymore. I was worried after listening to ne7 that ECCR records would be coming to a end soon. Wood was the only one keeping it going. It was all on his back

Exactly. Its going to take a while for things to settle down. Way too early to be thinkin about this.
ay i know its way too soon to get any answer, i said that. and im not gonna sit here and be hella pesky askin too many questions at the wrong time, i just made this thread for the future when people settle down and figure shit out etc.. i kno it aint easy to do

but imo, its never too early to be thinkin about this. i didnt know woodie but i could tell that he was a very loyal person and he put a lot on the line to help out his friends. u kno? he put in blood sweat n tears for a good part of his life to make a name for himself and his homies, i think he would want the label to go on forever.
