what Latin neighborhood got more talent????? Im talking about all of cali, all of texas, mexico, new york, everything. Out of all the hoods and varrios all over the world, what hood has the most talent, or best rappers.

Ima say San Franciscos Mission District got the most talent, With people like Mr kee, Gold Toes,Louie Loc ,Gangsta Flea, The Good Felonoz, Mousie, and CARLOS SANTANA, WHat yall got on that?????

yeah but decoto and fremont are 2 diffrent places in 2 diffrent cities, That dont count. And antioch brentwood area is a couple cities as well. that dont count, were talking about Neighborhoods, hoods and varrios, not cities and local areas. so what hood got the most talent? THE MIssion? Irvington? Decoto??? what yall think??

I agree for the most part on the mission.....at least out of the bay and only cuz of the amount of good latin rappers im hearin out of there...Kee, Mousie, Louie Loc, Goodfelonz....cant forget my cuzzo Cuddie Cut.....my boy Menace fucc wit them but he really from San Mateo....the south got some talent too though....Houston mainly....and they doin it big....Chingo Bling got shit locced....Bash came up due to his success in Houston.....Lucky got some tight shit and a few otha cats ive heard from out there.....coincidently the mission cats is networkin wit a lot of them though and the combination is enough to start outshinin the latins from the east coast but i like some of Fat Joe shit and Big Pun was hard....Terror Squad probably most successful latin rappers in the industry....Pittbull doin his thing in Miami too....still kinda early to tell though cuz latins barely gettin they foot in the door and then you have to think about what you consider the difference between a latin rapper and a rapper that happens to be latin....some of us dont really talk to much about our latin culture in the music if its not relevent to the songs theme itself....a lot of us dont rap in spanish.....ive noticed Bash and JT of N2Deep start crossin over and usin spanish in thier radio cutz.....Cuddie Cut and Menace make reggaeton traccs......i think its kinda mandatory to use some spanish and culture to get most latin folks to respect a latin rapper....who will probably be the latin rappers biggest fanbase cuz its kinda hard to get blacc cats to take you serious when you say you rap n produce and you aint blacc.....but like i said its still early....i know alot of rappers from different latin bakgrounds wit heat from all over Northern Cali.....

The crestsdie is a hood in vallejo, thats exceptable.
But you cant compare an entire city to the Mission District.
Anyways Hoods only, barrios only, Is that really so hard to understand???????

gotta go with tracy. they brought out Dyno the best Latin rapper of all time!!!!!!! In Close second gotta go with Decoto they had Speedy Loc R.I.P The best Latin Rapper in The Bay.

THIS IS IRRELEVENTNBECASUE WE DONT KNOW WHATS GOING TO IN HOODS FROM HOUSTO OR L.A OR N.Y THEY PRABABLY DONT KNO ABOUT OUR LATIN RAPPERS SO THIS THREAD SHOULD SAY..THE BEST LATIN RAPPERS FROM HOODS IN NORTHERN CALI BECASU L.A AND N.Y GOT A GANG LOAD OF LATINOS OO INCLUDING SHI TOWN AND MIAMI..BUT IN THE BAY I WOULD HAVE TO SAY SAN FRANCISCO AREA
