T-Bone Steak or Rib Eye

I use a little Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Salt, Salt and Black Pepper to season it while frying. On the side I saute Mushrooms, Chopped Onions and Butter.

Serve with Mushrooms, Butter and Onions over the Steak!

SALT,PEPPER,GARLIC AND BROWN SUGAR RUB

BEATS ANYTHING!!! COOK IT HALF WAY, REMOVE FROM HEAT , SEAL IN FOIL OR TUPAWARE AND THEN FORGET ABOUT IT FOR LIKE 1/2 HOUR - 45 MINUTES. STORE IN LUNCH BOX , MICROWAVE OR OVEN IF IT HASENT BEEN USED RECENTLY...

U WILL BE AMAZED BY HOW TENDER IT GETS AND THE JUICES THAT COME OUT THAT U CAN REUSE TO BASTE

i do that, but i wrap the steak in between 2 pieces of foil and fold all the edges tight, and then cook slow like 300 degrees at the most..maybe a hour

like dude said, all you need is salt and pepper.
but on a side note what alot of people forget it steak is a thick ass piece of muscle, when a muscle heats up it tightens up,so after cookin a steak if you can throw it in a low temp oven or somehwere where it wont cool down too much but not cook anymore for a good ten minutes, the piece will relax and tenderize in its own juices, its never a good idea to start cutting into a new york right off the grill, itll be tough as shit and all the juices will spill out
