WHAT IS YOUR BEST ACCOMPLISHMENT(WAT YOUR MOST PROUD OF THAT YOU DONE IN LIFE SO FAR)

Having a record released and getting radio play on major stations when others said I couldn't do it is a pretty big one for me. Actually seeing my name on a record was also a big one.
I got to go on a promotional tour from Cali to Florida with the next release and got good feedback from my peers (fellow rappers and djays) off the first one.
I've released 2 full length cd's on my own now and though they haven't done as well as I'd like, I'm very proud of the fact that it's all me thru the both cd's. Written, arranged, produced and performed by me.
In no way am I trying to brag or pretend to be ballin', I'm just really proud of those accomplishments in my life, especially since "they said it couldn't be done".

i'm most proud of graduating college...finished up last June...
first one on either side of my family to do so...and paid for school myself and with some scholarship money...
if you would have known me about 7 years ago after I watched my best friend get murdered in front of my eyes and went into fuck the world mode, you would have thought there was no way I'd even be thinking about college...so to earn my degree at 21, that's a big accomplishment...
I did it for my homie, who didn't even get a chance...thats my motivation everyday...
now if I could only find a decent job...

I'm proud of my first album. I could have sold one copy and been perfectly happy, just because I saved every dime I could so production would be covered. Plus, it took me like 8 months to record the album, so I'm proud of all the work that was put into it. I'm grateful that AntDawg is out there helping me out, hustlin', gettin contacts and I'm happy we decided to run this label together.
I'm also proud of everything that's happened in my life, negative or positive (friends dying and me living, graduating high school). No matter what, the negative and the positive made me who I am. I wasn't me at birth, I became ME when I started losing people, when I started thinking and learning and all that good and bad shit. So as fucked up as it may sound, I am happy I went through a lot of shit...'cause without it Sydal wouldn't exist, I would just be Ryan Collins.

To tell you thruth I'm not really proud of anything I've done. There are things YES that I am proud of, like changing my life around, but nothing really stands out yet to me. Maybe its the fact that I am a virgo and virgo's are perfectionit's ( how the fuck do you spell that????????? ) and I'm always striving to do better. Yung Sinn is the same way ( my folkz who started this thread ) so I know T you feel me on this....................
But I am very proud to have my god children in my life ( Destiny 4 and joshuea 9 months ) they remind me that there is innocence and unconditonal luv in this world.
Oh and last but not least AOD is more than some rap shyt AOD ORG is fam and yeah I proud of that, thats why I'll shed blood from my fam, with no questions asked.................

hmm..like view theres not much that sticks out either that im proud of. but i guess im proud of me going back to college after being a "drop out" for a year. im proud of growing as an individual and being able to recognize my faults so i can work on squashin those (although thats a life long process lol). im proud of being 19 and not having a babys daddy....even tho its a stereotype...being 19/mexican/student/baby daddy-LESS is definitely an accomplishment where i live lol. kinda sad but HEY im still proud damnit :classic:
@angelika: Those are good. Going back to school isn't an easy thing and these days being "baby-daddy-less" is a big thing too! Keep it going.
@View: Changing your life is great and it's ok if you haven't done anything that stands out to you yet, that just means you have goals and high standards.
