I have a 3 year old boy and I could care less if he caught a glimpse of a tittie. It wasn't long ago he was suckin on one and to him it wouldn't be that much of a big deal.
Kids only know what we teach them, it is grown muthafuckas who have an issue with this. We raise them with the mentality that they should get all pissy for lookin at a dangling tittie and you'll have what we're seeing today.
Is it appropriate? Probably not.
But I tend to focus on real damaging issues such as a lying ass President on TV and the media who influences everyone to fall under his spell.
