Whats up with these cats??? Have they been working on anything so far, as far as dropping another album or a mixtape or even a collabo or anything at all??????
Cuz there has been hardly any buzzor any updates or news about them...
Are they still around, & another question? Are anyone still feeling their music still??? I really like their first album but I suppose the only folks who listen to them are the usual, backpackers & emo-heads cuz all they do is real pure hip-hop but me, Im not really into them cuz the concepts they used kinda look like theyre definately known & even bitten off from other pioneering groups as far as backpack/underground hip-hop, dont ya think???

And another serious question I wanna ask. Do you think the ICONS & also the Roundtable MCs & a few other "relative" backpack/hip-hop groups or rappers fit in real well with the rest of the San Diego rap scene??????

only time will tell w/ that question....san diegos music culture is seriously like a living, breathing thing right now..things are changing and evolving, i dont feel like theres any reason why underground rap in san diego shouldnt be considered part of the san diego rap scene, as long as both parties can spit and theyve grown up in san diego to spit about it, why not.

but it takes as much of a movement and motivation on the artists behalf as the gangster rap scene out here does...if no one comes together to get the underground hip hop-type shit noticed, itll always seem out of place amongst everything else going on..and to hip hop in san diegos defense we did have the b-boy summit and the writers block out here for a long ass time so it aint like san diego isnt hip hop influenced, whether the thugged out cats wanna admit it or not.

were all rapping at the end of the day, its just about who feels it..right?
