lol. Yeah pretty much a paisa is a straight up wetback. But i'm not hating cuz i was born in el DF. Paisano= some one from the same country. And that's pretty much what the word paisa means, its slangish cuz i really don't hear it from adults (and by that i mean older folkz). You can also say indio, nopal, mojado, etc.
