WHAT HAPPENED TO $9 BILLION GIVEN TO IRAQ?

Has anyone else heard about this? Iraq was given around $9 billion but the money cannot be accounted for.

Coalition Provisional Authority was the cpa and the audit leak was first reported on hackworth.com

14 NEW American military bases throughout iraq! Also contractors pay in iraq, By the way contractors are considered enmy combatants! Why? There are 76 private military defense contractors from all over the world but must of them are in the good ol u.s which have been contracted to fight and support u.s forces and commit atrocities without the penaltis of war crimes over there heads like the Geneva Conventions. These are the ones getting beheaded. The last one was a helicopter mechanic CONTRACTED out by the u.s. government He fixed and maintained Helicopters to murder other people was he innocent! You Decide!!!!

@206 everything I've come across says 9 billion can't be accounted for. So $9 billion is missing (funds that were to help iraq) now bush says saddam stole funds and tried to manipulate the system and sanctions?
