well, i have to strongly disagree. k-dean was weakest on mwc2, and i listen to potluck quite often and am a big fan and this is not a good verse for them at all. underateds voice got annoying and just overall not what i expected from them.

Even without Kutt & Krizz, that still leaves 18, which is greater than 10, which means there would still be the need to split it between two polls.
