What dummy came with the argument that if you don't vote you can't complain?

I feel obligated to vote on behalf of my ancestors that were denied that right...

The republicans would love to go back in time and make it illegal for black folks to vote... but it's easier to convince them that it doesn't matter....
Funny, seeing as the Republicans freed the slaves in the first place.

NO!!!
I JUST DON'T CARE TO DEBATE WITH YOU!!!
Ok, so add something constructive to the topic or move on.

2). No insulting or attacking members without contributing to the topic or explaining why you’re insulting a member. In other words- I don’t care if you insult other members as long as you stay within topic or can back your shit up with some sort of logic. You cannot reply with “you’re gay” or “you suck”, etc. Again, add some meat to your posts.

-Members who continue to violate rule 2 will receive at least 1 warning. If the user continues to ignore this rule and my warnings they may be banned.

WHY THE HELL YOU QUOTE'N' ME???

I CONTRIBUTED TO THIS THREAD WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT,
AND I DID MOVE ON PER MY LAST POST!!!
GET THE FUCC OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE ALREADY, DAMN!!!
I quoted you because I wanted to. You have a problem with it but obviously can't do anything about it so why mention it? Again, add something constructive to the topic or move on. I didn't make this thread to talk to dummies, rather, I made this thread in hopes that someone could shed light on why dummies such as yourself use the argument.

Anyway, you already defeated yourself with this, "MEANING, IF YOU KNOW ALL ABOUT THE CANDIDATES AND
YOU DECIDE NOT TO VOTE BASED ON A HYPOTHESIS, THEN TO ME
THAT IS NOT A POORLY MADE DECISION"

This was the only valid point you made.

Please exit stage left or right, I really don't care.

I think it's a poorly made decision to pick one of two candidates if you feel that neither represents you and your views. But that is just my opinion.
^^^ What he said.

The "right" to vote started as an exclusive privilege of White Men.
Property owners - not all white men had the right to vote

If someone created a "Don't Vote" or "Vote and Die" type campaign I would contribute.
So would I. Lets start the movement. Grass roots. Who wants to start the website? DontVote.com

^^^IT'S NOT A RIGHT!!! IT'S A POORLY MADE DECISION, IN SOME CASES!!!
People have rights - just because they have rights does not mean they must exercise them.

I'm willing to bet I'm better educated than most, if not all the people in this thread (you especially), on American Politics and Politics in general.

My educated and heavily informed decision was not to vote. I had economic, political, mathematical, and straight up common sense reasons not to vote.
