I usually:
1. throw my hands in the air in a real jerky fast mode, while flinging my head back.
2. flop myself onto the floor, making a firm fist.
3. start kicking my feet, almost in a swimming motion.
4. yell, in an outside voice, "NO!!, NO!!!...NO!!!....WHY!!??...WHY!??...WHY!!!!!???"
5. throw my arms back & forth in a skiing motion.
Some call it a tantrum, I call it a release.
