i kinda lost mines but i gotta get it back i aint hooped in a looong while..anyways i got mines by joggin everyday and movin up and down with my feet about 100 times

can't shoot better then me! lol....i can shoot too i remember when i had a hot azz spot back in the day like on da corner i'd shoot and make it all the freakin time but iant got that no more

i can dunk,however, i think i was just born with the natural ability to jump high.
I wanna increase my vertical by a few inches though so i could do better dunks. its a dope feeling.

check out airalert.com buy some strength shoes, calf raises, they all work. But if you fuck with plyometrics you could fuck up your joints but you will get your results. I did calf raises and I quickly noticed I increased my vertical. Just find some steps, stand on the end with your tippy toes and lower your body and excel back up my using your calves. You can do it with one legged, then switch after a certain amount of reps, then go back to the other and then to the other. After you've done each leg twice, do both legs, do all this with no rest.

Yea go to airalert.com they got a good program on there. If you don't want to buy some strength shoes then you should cop some ankle weights cause they really help too. I use to be able to dunk back in the day and I'm only 5'9" but I haven't hooped in a long ass time so I probably can't anymore.

I dunked once my entire life when I was 15, I was 6'2" back then. I played for damn near every day for an entire year and I guess my legs got strong enough to where I could do it.

ankle weiGhts...bad for your knees

just do some of those proGrams where they use calf raises, squat jumps, and shit like that...after four weeks you'll see results, no doubt...stick with it

I just kept working out, and not eating junk food after football season was over my senior year of high school. We had 7 periods and I had P.E. 6th period and no 7th period class, so I turned into a gym rat. Me and this other dude I had class with would get high and play tip it for like an hour. Then I usually lifted weights for an hour. I went from finishing football at about 210 lbs., to down around 195. I could never really grip the ball that good, so I think I actually dunked like 3 times. But I could stand one step out from the basket, jump off of both feet and grab the rim 2 handed. Not bad considering I'm 6 feet tall. Nowadays I'd be lucky if I could touch the bottom of the net.

I had some of those strength shoes too. I worked out with those before football season my junior year, and dropped 2/10 of a second off of my 40 time. Then somebody borrowed them and never gave them back lol.

maan im gonna do everything what it takes i want to jump hella high...see i aint full black but most blk people have them extra muscles from what happened during the slaves thats why they can play sports hella good thats how they jump hella high lol...but dayum i be tired of raisin my toes bout 100 times a day but fuck it im doin it again...

another thing, with the raisin toes, how long does it take to have ya calves build up to where you can dunk? i wanna know so i wont have to buy them strength shoes and other stuff...one dude that played for ou like 6 years ago told me to doit for about 3 monthes and it'll be done
