Whats up? A client owes me $2000.00 since decemeber 05. There has no contracts been done about the amount of money or anything it was just done by mouth. He still haven't paid me, and I'm sick of dude, is there anything I can do?

On a serious note, i think ya can take legal actions and sue him....for damages...

@ Y-Soulja: but how can I sue him if there are never contracts made. Basicly it was for a magazine. I got copys of the magazine printed and I also got proof that it went around (I have a load of pictures with artist holding the magazine up) and in the magazine it also says my name, so I can really proof that I have done. But about the money part there is NO paperwork nothing ... and another problem might be that Im stuck out in Germany.

well, i believe another good proof would be PSD FILES.....that you've worked for, if you've got them saved ya know.....oh well
