what artist do you feel has changed the rap game the most???? all the way from the beginning of rap? what rapper after they dropped a couple of cd's, had everybody changing up their style tryna sell records....

and what album do you think did that, this doesn't necessarily have to be that same artist.

i think the artist to me, would have to be too $hort. rappers weren't really even cussing on albums for the most part, and he came in with cold hard game for your ass, with beats that are still tight as fuck to this day. born to mack, while definately an 80's album, has plenty of game to soak, and tight ass beats that are still better than alot of today's shit.

the cd i think that changed they way people rapped the most was, straight outta compton, all the sudden you had everyone wanting to be gangsta. shit is also still good to this day and the production pioneered the west coast sound.

what y'all think

I WOULD SAY 2PAC -- DISPITE THE FACT I DONT THINK HE WAS THAT GREAT OF AN ARTIST PER SAY, THERE IS NO DOUBT HOW MANY PEOPLE HE INFLUENCED AND HOW HE WILL FOREVER BE THOUGHT OF AS ONE OF THE GREATEST TO EVER TOUCH A MICROPHONE, WHETHER HE REALLY WAS OR NOT.

CD -- CHRONIC, OR DOGGYSTYLE

LIKE THAT, NO GAY THOUGHTS AT ALL

i think given the right amount of time, 50 can make one of the biggest impacts in rap of all time. he is well on his way in doing so

i could have named like 5 artists too y'all, but i was saying the one artist you think that has made the biggest difference so far as one person......................................... read what i said again

and look at what i said about short, people weren't even hardly cussing on their shit at that time, short came in and killed it. you have to recognize that shit.

n.w.a. also wrecked the game up, they were the shit and also changed the game forever with that shit, more so than snoop ever did, more than nas ever did, more e-40 did....that's what i am saying. all these people get hella credit from me, but i am just saying, $hort dog and N.W.A.'s straight out of compton forever changed the game so much, that it will not be impacted that much again i dont' think.

50 cent will change the game back up, i didn't think i would like him, but i have heard some of his underground stuff lately, and dood is tight. he will kill the game too, one of the maybe one or 2 east coast cd's i'd fuck with. but what he is doing, by keeping it gangsta, has already been done by N.W.A.

So you hate Dr. Dre huh?? Just to remind you...

-you were like 3 years old when the Chronic was put out
-you were born when "Niggaz 4 Life" was the shit
-were was your ass at when "Straight Outta Compton" took the
industry by storm...lol??

Rap-history was made when you wasn't around so it might be easy for you to hate on Dr. Dre...
