BEST RECORD EVER TO COME OUT OF SD IN MY OPINION.

Black Mikey- Blackula (Intensity + Delivery)

Sojourn- Sojournalism: The Summer Articles (Content, Content, and Content)

Mr. Brady- Leftovers (Beats + Dope Features)

these are the only records I have heard from SD artist, that I feel are worth a mention..haven't heard alot of stuff this year.

yea dago rap is dead. thank god for this san diego reggae shit is really blowing up with bands like slightly stoopid, tribal seeds, stranger, diego roots, stick figure... this city does breed a lot of talent just not a rap. fuck it one love.

SkyWalk - Beats Crown & Coke

For those of you that said SD muzik is dead must not of heard SkyWalks "Beats Crown & Coke Album" I think it is the best album out the town this year by far. It has a commercial sound with street driven lyrics and concepts, and the production was nothing less than solid. The sound is immaculate. I personally invite you to check it our for yourself.

Some of what I've heard and liked...

cricet - mercy v.2
beta bossalin - barack o'beta
12 gauge shotie & the jacka - the price of money
black mikey - blackula
young jawz - the southwest

and of course im gonna have to throw community service v.2 in there lol...

but to really be honest too many good albums came out sd did they thing dubble o beez young sau cee wee mitchy and the list goes on...
