I hear folx saying the sounds are being over used, so how do you tweek the sounds? Don't give up your style, just give a general idea of the process. Greatly appreciated!

I have a Motif but the principles are the same.. Get to the User voice section, find the original waves that the board uses to sample, tweek the sound, save the adjustment into a new user voice file..... Anyone want to elaborate???

Also take advantage of the effects processor...try adding some filter effects over your drums, flangers or phasers over pads, chorus or ensemble over some bells etc.

also take advantage of the sampler. Load up any sounds you want from a sample cd, layer them and combine with the ROM sounds..

Read the Manual.
