i really like that new Yamaha MM6 Mini Mo Synthesizer , but it aint comin out tilll march... are there any other good mini synthesizer keyboards out there rite now wit some good noises?

well if you have the cash notivation, nord, moog and Virus all have compact synths that are really sick

Korg has like a new versian of the microkorg out, I thought the Alesis Micron is pretty cool as well

the Korg MicroX is dope as fuck. triton sounds for like $700 plus it's built ready to connect to basically every daw program already. seems like the best value in terms of small stuff.

just out of curiousity, why do you want a mini keyboard? is it the price or the portability? or because you have limited space?

yea that microX do looook hella dope, but i want a mini cuz yea like u said, for the price, and i got limited space, so now im contemplating if i should wait for that new yamaha mm6 , or if should grab that microX, they both in my price range too

also... the triton sounds are kinda overplayed , so im kinda leaning towards that mm6

Seriously though, that Alesis Micron seems pretty cool and the same with Novation's products. Like that X-Station looks pretty hard. I got the VSTi V-Station which is basically the same as K-Station and I really like it's sound for bass & lead sounds especially. So X-Station is probably the same or better.

The hardest of them all though interms of Synthesis is probably the lil phatty from Moog. I would love to have one of them. I love those bass and lead sounds. Whatever though, I got my Minimonsta VSTi plugin that emulates moog sounds hella nice.

I don't know man, I think it sounds hella nice. I like it the most for leads. The presets ain't bad I think. Just fuck with them. Check out "Brassy Bass" & "Dirty Punches" those are some nice bass patches IMO that come with the factory presets. Also check out "Expression SawGlide," "Purity," "Simpleton," "SoS," "South side Whine," "Supa Funk Lead," and "ThroughTheMix." Those are some nice lead patches IMO especially if your doing some WestCoast or RnB $hit. I don't know but I really like it's sound.
