I have these and absolutely love them:

Lo Down - gangstaville (wasn't really feelin' him, but the beats were coo fa sho. Stick with the valley joe kats JAY TEE like...... Ironic)
Ironic - De Vallejo
Jay Tee - tha knockz
Jay Tee - So Cold
Latino Velvet
Free Agents - negotiations
n2deep - back 2 the hotel, 24-7-365, the golden state, the rumble.
Miami - collection of dope
Playas Association - Full Time Hustlin
Johnny Z & Young Dru presents 707 (not 40 oz. but I consider it to be a 40 oz release cuz it's that damn tight, and fits well)

I was thinkin of getting n2deep - unreleased game but unsure of the production and it could have some recycled shit on there. So whaddaya y'all recommend? I was also thinkin of getting slightly pimpish mostly hoggish but haven't heard much on it but on jay tee's tha knocks. I listened to the product and wasn't really feelin' it, a couple songs are coo. Anything else? I wanted to get velvetism cuz of the song, fuck what was it called, that single that starts off with some dude sangin', oohh ohh ah ah oooh oohh ah ah, that song should of went platinum. But I heard vamonos and was skeptical after that, and wasn't sure if I really wanted to get it.

And what Jay Tee really need to do is sign Steve D, cuz that man is the muthafuckin man. I don't know why he doesn't have an album, his production is top-notch bay shit, his raps are tight as fuck and his voice is some real shit on the really. I love Repo Ric presents westcoast underground repolation, which should of been titled Steve D presents westcoast underground stevolation. steve d was all over that one, I sold my only copy for $35 cuz times is hard now a days, and only 1000 copies pressed.

Jay Tee, I love your music man, fo' real, it's some top quality shit on the really, I mean I mean, real top-notch shit, the production, the hooks the appearances, man I can't say enough about 40 oz. One thing I miss from ya jay tee was your voice when you was younger. Some fast rappin' gangsta'd out voice, I loved it like on back 2 da hotel, man, I loved rappin' with ya on back 2 da hotel, rappin' real fast. Now it kinda seems like you slowed down like a muthafucka, and changed your style. But that happens to everybody, the younger, the better the voice. That's all I gotta say, one love from ya asian homie, 707balla.

I think that track was called "What's Goin On" and I think the cd is worth buying in my opinion.

A couple tracks on the 707 Sequal may take some getting used to ("Shindig" by the Reservoir Hoggz and Suga T. "Palms Full of Gold" by Rux aren't wack, but they still haven't quite hit me yet), but it's well worth getting if you're looking for some more dope Vallejo Rap to bump.

"Wah Dah Dah Dah" (Bebop), "D-R-U" (Young Dru), "Dope 4 Sale" (a reunited N2Deep!), "Fuckin' Wit Us" (Sleep Dank, Dubee and Boss Hogg), "Hustla" (Mac Lee with PSD), "Want Some? Get Some" (Kobra), "Caviar Ridaz" (Da Unda Dogg and Vellquan) and "No 2nd Guessin'" (Daffy) are my favorites so far.

I don't know if anyone else here has noticed, but it seems like all of these Johnny Z/Rated Z and Jay Tee/40 0unce-associated projects tend to age extremely well (I still bump THE RUMBLE and THE GOLDEN STATE, for example), and this should wind up being no exception. PEACE!
