On the basis of versatility...Spice can rap in a straight gangsta style, but he can also do slow songs and, of course, his reggae stylings really make him unique among Bay rappers. As much as I like Rich, he tends to stick to a laid-back, "pimpish" flow on the majority of his records...so my vote here would go to Spice 1.

fa sho, i cannot believe that more people are feelin spice 1, don't get me wrong, spice 1 is tight as fuck but richie rich has come with so many hits. he's has countless songs on the radio.
