^He was sick as fuck, str8 gangsta rapper back in the days. "Game rec Game" "beware of those"featuring E-40 & celly cel, damn was his verse sick. He was sick on Somethin Crucial, that song was sick as fuck too. Haven't heard of his later albums tho, I stopped at somethin crucial, haven't heard hustle relentless nor project poetry.

In terms of TECHNICAL rapping skills, it's tough to call, but I'd say Quinn has the edge.

He always seems to come thorough on both his solo CDs and his compilation songs as well (not to mention features on his Done Deal artists' CDs). JT's a classic producer, and the rapping he does on his solo CDs is generally dope-to-classic, but he's a little less consistent than Quinn on tracks done for compilations and whatnot.

So as far as a "technical skills" kind of thing, I'd vote for Quinn. Just my opinion, though.
