Not at a concert either, he was just siting by the ferry terminal, smoking a cigar (not weed) and playing on his phone. I asked him what he was doing in Vallejo and he looked me dead in my face and said "I don't know, I just like riding boats..." I wanted to ask him for a picture, but it felt weird.
