Last time I checked these songs are on Absolute Power, DVD or not. They are on the new album that people should be going out to purchase the cd and not download the tracks. I'm not hating on you. Bootlegging mp3s cannot be stopped. Its just that the people who own the rights to many of these songs you posted also post here. It's a respect thing, Tech and Travis read these posts and they take time out of their day to respond to the fans. Give him the respect he deserves and not trade stuff on this site. Just because the shit is rare doesn't mean it's OK to distribute the shit. I think some of the people who do own rights to these songs will back me up here. Not only does Tech and Travis post here but other people who own rights to these songs post here too. So unless they want people on here setting up mp3 trades, we're gonna stick to the no mp3 rule. We have a real cool site here to share our news and to talk about Tech's music. I'd like to keep it that way. If you have any other suggestions let me know. I'm ready to listen.

There are many other places to trade MP3's. I know I cannot stop people from downloading material of mine or anyone else's, but at least have the respect not to do it on an "official" board (which Tech reads himself).

I know for a fact that some of the material on there can be found in the Sicc Shop on this very site or can be found at Tech's site.

Have some respect...and we'll see if any others are with me (I know most of you disagre with me).

Alot of people wonder why they haven't seen alot of cats out of KC dropping cd's.....I would say part of it is cause they can't sell em. They spend money to make the cd (thats right......cd's don't make themselves - nor does the music get recorded without funds) and release it. Then a few people buy it a some fuck puts it on the internet and sends it to everyone and so on and so on.

Then all these dumb bastards complain about how music is fake and not "real" anymore. Get a fucking clue....."real" artists can't survive with all these people downloading their music. And the "downloaders" are sure to pull out the "music is all mainstream crap nowadays" card......well its like that because of you. "Mainstream" music's fans still buy shit....they don't download as much.....therefore, there is money to be made.

Am I the only one that has seen the direct relation of the overall quality of music in relation to the explosion of the net. The net is a great tool and a horrible enemy for music. I can remember a day when "real" music actually sold.....it wasn't just downloaded by bullshit "fair weather" fans that love the music but won't support the artist.

I don't see the problem with people downloading artists music as long as they support the rapper. I download music a lot or used to and I have about 80 songs on my computer right now. Their is no way in hell I am going to start buying cd's that I don't even like just because tech is on the album. For example Micah. I heard that cd sucked but you want to us to cop this JUST because tech is on there? Fuck that shit i am not wasting $15 even if it's not that much money on a micah cd or any other cd that i don't think will be good. I like to listen to cd's or songs off of cd's before I buy them. Their is not much rap i am liking anymore basically because a lot of it sucks now. I agree on certain parts of what heat says but disagree in some areas too. If people are bogus and dl a cd of an artist and burn it that is just fucking complete dissrespect. You guys don't need to worry about me though cuz i don't even have a burner. Heat please respond or else!:dead:

Last year the most profitable record company was SONY....They lost 3 cents on the dollar

The number of Platinum albums this year compared to last are almost half as many

MP3s are killing the industry, the CD is a thing of the past and it is mainly because of MP3s.

How do we know you support Tech and buy albums?

Show some respect and take MP3 trading elsewhere, this is the last time i will speak on this, I stronly am against bootleging. Although from time to time you will see a rare MP3 avaible at www.techn9nehq.com though it is not CDQ and we highly encourage people to buy the album.

Don't get me wrong. I don't think it is cool to bring mp3 trading to the board...that is fucked up and i haven't even posted about the trading shit. We don't know for a fact who on this board has bought what. Their is no way you will know if I bought a copy and I dont know if you have bought a copy so what are you trying to get at? All I am saying is I don't plan on buying a album that has an artist featured on it in 1 song that I like if I am not going to like the rest of the album. Like i said before I.E. Micah. How many of us own that cd and think it is a good album?

Hell.... I still believe that it is unfair to the artists, but if they do the math, sell them bitches at $10.00 a pop, and you will sell more.. Fuck an extra 2 or 6 bucks added on.. That shit is old now. People aint trying to buy CD's for that much anymore cause the only good song is the single.... I am completely against burning an album, but I do own copies of Tech on burnt CD's that I made into Mix CD's so that I dont have to pop in different CD's but that is from the CD's that I had bought...

My whole philosophy is...... If the "Artists" that you like a lot is scandolous to the fan base and say;s fuck you to fans I aint saying no names, (*cough* Nelly *cough*), then you don't deserve the fans money... How the hell can I go and buy your CD's for the past 5 years, and when I see you in public, you talking about "Who are you?" WTF you think dogg.. Even though I meant only $100.00 to your pockets as one person, you'll never get another dime from me... So I give it to those that deserve it! Then the CD's are half ass efforts anyway's....! Fuck em'...............

Now other nigga's.. They'll give you for $18.99, one good single, a bad cameo by a no name artist, wack one layered lyrics, hella skit's and talkin' on the CD, and a cold shoulder when you meet him....

I aint buying that shit dogg. That's like a nigga hitting me in the jaw, and making me buy his shit like he's a pimp... I aint gettin pimped by no niggas cause they think that they can rap.. Every nigga can't rap simple as that.. If they wanna get paid, they better go back to the 0.99 cents singles....
