I talked to a personal trainer the other day just cuz I wanted some answers.. not actually planning on paying for a personal trainer.
anyways, he told me that I need to shock my muscles constantly. said I need to change my workouts so I shock the muscle.

now, my question is how do I change it up? do I change my actual exercise? do I change the amount of weight or how many reps I do? cuz if I just do the same workout and constantly add more weight to it, wouldnt that techinically be changing my workout since Im adding more resistance?

also, if you arent sore the next day, does that mean your muscle wasnt shocked?

Dude, just pay the $10 and ask the trainer then tell us what's up, bruh.

LOL

Actually, it's a combination of all the things you just said - # of reps, and going low to high to low in weight in the same workout. And nah, soreness isn't an indicator of shocking your muscles, its caused by toxins and lactose released by the muscles.
