Just out of ceriousity. And yes this is the bird fucker... im back

Im 6'3 and 220. Good news is, im now 215. Im 16 bout to be junior in highschool. Playing football. Going to conditoning and liftings. I have lifting on Monday from 6-8 Sqauts, dead lift...etc lower body work out. Then thursday upper body workout such as benchpress, skull crushers, pull overs...etc

I didn't play football my freshmen & sophmore year. So im new to this stuff. We've be doing these workout since May. Yeah May. All May we had lifting all through April on Mondays & Fridays. Then we had conditioning all Through May on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday. Workouts usually start in the summer. However we only won 2 games last year so workouts started 2 months early for us.

Yeah man - I played HS football in PA. My dad's been the coach of my team for the past 15 years - so I had the edge on conditioning and working out.

We'd go M W F S - M/F Upper, W/F Lower. We'd start working out in February hard core, and when May started we'd have a spring camp. School ended in June, we'd have a week off, and then we'd come for practice M W F. Half the pratice was actual practice, 1/4 was lifting, and 1/4 was the most strenuous, grueling running program you'll probably ever be a part of. It was complete hell. We'd go all through the summer, with a passing camp in July. First week of August (when PIAA allows you go full pads) we'd go away for a week for full contact camp - 3 practices a day, plus lifting. After camp ends, we go to 2-a-days.

It got me in the best shape of my life. When I was 18 years old I was like 135 benching 225 consistantly. Then I graduated, now i'm at 155 and I can barely put up like 150 - its fucking pathetic. Football conditioning will get you in amazing shape - its up to you how you maintain it. But props for being on the team - its hard to come out your Junior year and expect to play - but even if you dont, I think football was the best thing I ever did for my self - physically, mentally, a lot of discipline.

Good luck bro

I'm 5'5 and I weigh 160 lb. I run, do aerobics and I don't eat beef or pork. I signed up for kick boxing classes. Leg press on occassion when I get into a gym. I keep my legs strong, and most of my strength is in fact below the waist. ( Just 4 years ago I was 255 lb so I came a long way.) I've got to work out every day because I *was* so heavy 4 years ago, and fat cells don't go away. So I really can't cheat on my diet or slack off. I can't do the heavy work outs that most guys can do, because I don't have much arm strength and I don't want to look like Ah-nold in a bra.

(PS: I haven't been around that long here, so why do they call you the Birdfucker? Is that a literal name or a joke? Or do I not want to know?)

Haha, wow, I have been stunned into silence and I have no witty comment to make..

( The CannibalCrow is not really a crow, nor does she have any birdlike qualities in real life. )
