I never had any problem when I used to lift. Now I run all the time, I have no trouble running out of breath or anything. Shit, I go running while high, feels like I'm floating. LOL!
it depends how much the cat smokes....smoking anything will fuck up you lungs...but smoking weed and working out will probably slow down your body's ability to heal itself...so basically it could take long for you to build muscle
^^maybe, but personally i dont think smoking weed affects ur muscle building at all. If you eat right and sleep right and hit the weights it wont matter if ur high or not, u will gain muscle. I have found i gained the most when i got a lot of sleep so try that!
