Can't find a poster without Faber vs. Mizugaki on it...

Live from Vegas on Versus.

Main Card
Bantamweight Championship Bout: Dominick Cruz (c) vs. Joseph Benavidez
Lightweight Bout: Shane Roller vs. Anthony Pettis
Featherweight Bout: Chad Mendes vs. Cub Swanson
Bantamweight Bout: Scott Jorgensen vs. Brad 'One Punch' Pickett
Lightweight Bout: Bart Palaszewski vs. Zach Micklewright

Preliminary Card
Lightweight Bout: Anthony Njokuani vs. Maciej Jewtuszko
Featherweight Bout: Javier Vazquez vs. Mackens Semerzier
Lightweight Bout: Ricardo Lamas vs. Dave Jansen
Featherweight Bout: Fredson Paixao vs. Bryan Caraway
Lightweight Bout: Danny Castillo vs. Dustin Poirier

A bantamweight co-main event between Faber and Mizugaki was scrapped after Faber backed out due to injury and will likely be rescheduled for WEC 53. The first Cruz vs. Benavidez fight was pretty fun to watch. Cruz's style is insane, if any of you boxing guys are reading this you might want to check him out just to see his footwork. I think he's gonna outpoint Joe to another decision. Jorgensen vs. Pickett should be awesome and will probably be a #1 contender fight. Roller vs. Pettis could be for a title shot as well.
And as always WAR RABID LAMA RICARDO LAMAS

Great main event fight.Benavidez was focused as fuck.I think he was more aggressive and countered more than Cruz in that fight.
really? i was actually impressed how cruz was acting like the agressor and the person who wanted a title granted he has it. specially in the 5th round when it looked to clearly be in the hands of cruz he still pushed foward so cruz easily won the aggression stand point. he also won the takedown and the striking was a wash basically so thats why i knew it was cruz. showtime was doing some crazy eddie guerrero shit from tekken hahah. that was cool to see

Maybe I'm tripping but I really didn't see Benavidez land all that much. Cruz either seemed to roll most of his shots or make Benavidez' counters bounce off his shoulders or arm. I really didn't think he connected clean as much as Cruz did and Cruz definitely controlled the pace and scored points on takedowns. I honestly don't see 3 rounds that Benavidez won.. I found it hard to give him 2 rounds.
