Question for the web designers... How do you build your websites? CSS, HTML, PHP, AJAX, etc?

I was checking out The Federation site and it is PHP, CSS, Flash and AJAX

Ajax is kinda like an iFrame but not quite..

If you visit The Federation site you notice the header does not change, media player, etc... just the content changes when you click on the navigation.

AJAX is JavaScript and XML. Its powerful because it uses a the XMLHttpRequest (XHR) to exchange data to and from the server side to load data into the DOM without having to refresh the site.

I use can build sites using ActionScript 2.0, CSS, XHTML, JS, PHP & MySQL.
