I just started drinking as much water as I can about a week ago. Im drinking about 8-10 bottles a day now. Y'all should seriously start drinking more water, I feel 200% better. I have more energy, I feel like im digesting food more easier, and ive dropped about 5 pounds probably from water retention. I didnt even realize I was dehydrated before, but the difference is so crazy. The only downside is, im constantly running to the bathroom...
