Watching downloaded movies on my PS2

This isn't music related, but I figured this would be the proper forum for this question...

I downloaded the movie one hour photo, and I want to watch it on my PS2. I heard this is possible, if that's true, can someone please tell me how I can go about doing this.

Do I need some sort of converter to convert the movie file to *.vcd format? Any help would be appreciated.

YOU NEED A DVD BURNER MAYNE. VCDS DONT PLAY ON THE PS2.

u might need a mod chip fo' ya PS2 ... like how u play downloaded games on PS1 ...
