sorry not while tim duncan and kg are out west. Martin's numbers show enough that he couldnt contend with the real big men in the west. Melo is good but i dont think hes ever gonna be a great player like lebron will be. If camby can stay healthy for a full year (which is a huge IF) they might have a shot at getting real deep in the playoffs but i dont think they have enough to win it.
Yes i would say denver is more athletic but not a whole lot. The spurs are gonna retain most of there team and add brent bones. Hedo is gone but hes a peja player good for 40 pts in feb and a choke artist in the playoffs. I will say one thing though parker and manu better work on there shooting or i will say denver could beat them. Alot of teams are gonna try to do what lakers did triple team duncan and make his teammates hit there shots. But say if spurs and denver met in the playoffs and let either camby or kmart play him one on one he would totally destroy them.
Suns signed q rich to a offer sheet. Clippers have 15 days to match. Another rumor is the suns get q rich d miles is gonna go sign there too. And there might be a sign and trade of dampier and speed claxton to the suns for shawn marion. Thats all depends on the clips though is there gonna match or not.
you trippin hard, kg by himself? are you forgetting about the moves they made last year? they got spreewell and cassel, and i bet they hungrier this year they made it to the western conference finals, i know they can smell the finals, and with no shaq on the lakers anymore, they're definately a title contender, they got a good shot, and cassel is healing up right now, so best believe he's ready for next season, and after spreewell's shity start last season, you know he aint gonna let that happen again, in my opinion, if they play they cards right, they takeing it all this year, but i'm not counting out the spurs yet
