They reviewed "The Unforgivin" and gave it a 2.5 I think. X wrote a big letter ta them which was posted but cant find it

I remember they had some article about him back in 99. It wasn't an album review, just a 1 page article about his music and his case and shit.

yea they reviewed unforgivin.i think it was an average rating.the only thing about it was they tripped he was rapping from jail.saying you could'nt call him a studio gangster and that he actually got skills but he's just another gangsta rapper to them which is the typical source gay shit!

yea I remember about the article that you're talking about Blackjack 1577. and i agree with you tragedy of course the source is stupid as fuck not only for labeling x as another gangsta rapper but also for only giving the unforgiven album a 2.5 rating.

damn, Unforgiven is one of my all time favorite albums...so many classic tracks on there. They just are used to suckin Jay Z's and the rest of the east coast's dicks they dont know good shit when they listen to it.

"Who is ya'll niggas" is my favorite x track, and way fuckin underrated.

Not that they used ta succin Jay Z's dicc...they just used ta recievin Jay Z's checc in the mail along wit his next album for review.....i thought yall knew???? all them major label commercial cats be givin "gifts" to Benzino for good album reviews....either that or Benz has other business interests with the artist up for review so of course he gonna give his associates good feedbacc....meanwhile he sees X as just some nobody in a prison cell wit no cash to offer him so he aint gonna help him out wita good review even if the album is one of the greatest ta come out the West and the independant industry in general.....

like X said in Postwar Syndrom:

"I refuse ta pay ridiculous revenue for a record review"

fucc em anyway.....the real recognize the real.....

Yea the more the record label pays a year in ads the better their review will be. Man Benzino needs ta reconize game when its in his face
