there's nothing in this song that tells me he's trying 2 diss Sac or the West Coast, but i do know that Masta Ace made some songs that were similar to west coast rap even though he was from the east coast.

I never thought of it that way. I think it was more of a mockumentary type video than a diss record. I've listened to Masta Ace for a long time and I thought it was more of a CB4 type deal. Never made the sac connection tho.. Interesting point.
