Anyone watch this? I caught this around 9:30 so I dunno what I missed but it covered various topics from the killing of Pablo Escobar(which only opened up MORE doors) to the legiaziation of drugs in Europe


I thought it was pretty good and it looks like making marjane legal might be good(from my view it would)


I really dont think that the government has won the war on drugs... I doubt hardly any battles

I think the government is involved in drugs. The only "war" they have on drugs is not seeing a piece of the money made by these drug sellers who work independently.
Anything that the government doesn't make money from is considered "illegal"... remember that and make your observations.

i have a really bad memory but on cnn like two days ago they had this big disscussion bout legallizing weed for medical purposes, they then said should be legal all together.

Just finished the book. Its almost hard to believe at times that an entire country were living in total fear of this man. Gotti,Capone and all of the other gangsters got nothing on this guy as far as stats go. The book also shows the hypocrasy of our Govt and Columbia's that they would work with the Cali Cartel just to get rid of Pablo Escobar.

The author Mark Bowden is also the author of Black Hawk Down. I would recommend both to anyone.
