I'm looking for the original promo release of Top Authority's 'Somethin to Blaze to'. About 1/2 the tracks on it have different beats from the retail release. They sounded MUCH better before they were forced to change the beats because of sample clearance reasons.
Been looking for this damn cd for a long ass time... Had a gang of 'em back in '93, but its been about 8yrs since the last one I had died/disappeared. Surprising that the damn sticker & t-shirt from the promo kits outlasted the cds, still got em.
One of my favorite albums of all time, so much better than the retail release by far (which I didnt know was different til' I bought it a few yrs back).
Heres a scan of the front/back cover someone sent me one of the last dozen times I posted about this a year or two ago (unfortunately they didnt have the cd that came in it, only the case/cover).
I'd gladly pay 10$ or something for just a CDR, or 50$ for the original cd w/ case in mint/near-mint condition (marginally less $ if in poor condition).
