When the economy is bad you know who they have to blame. I think thats a big factor here.

As fucked as Mexico is .... I think that a lot of the people that decide to come out here is because they is broke with no type of hope in what to offer a family.... so to go through a process would be time consuming...... i think....... but it might work out because that way they will stopped being harrassed out here and always having to be on the run..... maybe they can be allowed to be here for a certain amount of time az long az they have a job..... and then they can go back and have the process start all over again.....

Did the europeans come here legally? But to answer your question "yes" everyone should have to go thru the legal process.

The thing is that illegal's are now being looked at as the problem, when the problem is the fuckin crooked polititians....thats the real reason this country is what it is.

Basically this is a repeat of history for Mexicanos. Ive studied about this in school and every war/recession/depression is followed up with the blame pointed at Mexicans. In the time of war and recession most male from America are shipped off to war leaving a large void back home in jobs held by males (white males) so a need for cheap labor will rise and an influx of immigrants will pour into America to chase a better life and assist in helping keep this country afloat. As far as this point in time goes , this is probably one of the few times in American HIstory where immigrants are not completly hated for the cheap labor theyre providing in this recession, in fact alot of people are in favor of them at this point, but then again the news will only give you local polling results, so what immigrants in the bay go through is far different than what Raza in Georgia or Florida might be going through due to each region having its own set of problems. But honestly due to our homeland being so close and a constant issue for America, we are the only people who have been and immigration threat for well over 100 years. The asians, europeans, and middle easterners have all been an issue at one point or another in U.S. History but none have been the focus of immigration for over a century and still counting.
