I agree on both. If your gonna rap or do anything musically or anything of "arts" nature you have to take criticism or you work will be one sided and not be as good as YOU think. Kinda like the shitty kids on American Idol, they never had critcism, but they think their good but they're AWFUL. Not saying your awful just an example...
