Dude running approached the cops and tryed to get crook fucked with. Crook told the cop he didn't feel threatened and he didn't want to file a report. I've been in many fights where the cops catch me in the act. II always say it was mutual combat and I don't wanna press charges. As long as the other guy isn't a bitch and says the same we both go home.
