George Guest, a 15-year-old video-game fight fanatic, got floored three times in one round playing Fight Night 3 online with an anonymous opponent. Exasperated, he sent his foe this message: "Who do you think you are, Ricky Hatton?"

Came the response: "Actually, I'm Floyd Mayweather."

"I can't believe it," Guest, of Belvedere, England, told the London Sun. "I went a round with one of the best boxers in the world — and he knocked the granny out of me. He was taunting me like Muhammad Ali."

As former boxer Kevin Lueshing told the newspaper: "Floyd is mad on these computer games and plays them all the time."

You would be surprised at how "broke" some of your favorite athletes really are. Being rich does not = being smart with your riches. Why do you think there are so many ex-athletes (and even some CURRENT) claiming bankruptcy?

Just because you're a good boxer doesn't mean you're good at video games.

I'm not sure why the kid would assume he was a real boxer or believe him when he said he was actually Money Mayweather.

From what I understand the guy is a good businessman and isn't broke. However, they want this to be the best boxing game in gaming history, so he's missing out on a chance to be a part of that history. Yeah, he has a right to charge for his name and likeness, but I would have looked at it from a different perspective. I mean its one thing to say you're ranked amongst the best, and it's another when your records/stats suggest it, but when the PEOPLE say you're the best, or one of the best, that's what's going to matter most.

EDIT: and someone is going to make a Mayweather CAB so fuck it.
