The dude listens to the officer and gets up , then gets popped 3 times. I watched it a gang of times. He made no sudden movements or any other movement besides doing what the pig told him to do. probably not.. they are already starting to make exscuses for the cop.. i was watching the news and they said theyre gonna say that the cop "mistook" (get up) for (shut up) in the heat of the moment and didnt realize it and only seen dude getting up..its not gonna be suprising when he gets off.. they all do..

i think they need to re-vamp the police's itchy trigger finger policies.. just because a suspect is getting up after being on the ground *wether told to or not* does not constitute a danger to the officer who is standing and already has a weapon pointed at the "suspect" in a prone position..

yes, shit like this happens, daily like t-spoon said. this only happend to be caught on tape. i think the cop was in a bad mood all day (just listen to him yellin at dude) so he wanted to have a payed vacation *which all he has to do is shoot someone to get*... and he knew he was gonna shoot him but needed a reason and thought... "hey, if he gets up i have a reason to shoot and will be justified" but didnt kno it was being tapped... and people wonder why we dont trust these tattle tale gangz
