23 months ain't all that! He'll probably serve a little over a year. He'll be back in the NFL. This is the first time he's going to be locked up and he's not going to have to serve the full sentence. He'll get out early for good behavior. I say he'll be back in about 2 or 3 years. And what happened to the drug charges (that someone said he was going to get charged for)?

And they've taken the weights out of most prisons in the U.S.

One reason I am thinking that is becasue I swore I read that when shit first started coming down, and also thats why the feds requested an amount smaller than the 5 years he coulda got.

so possibly out 20 months, july to august of 09....wont be in practice shape much less playing shape..09 is not realistoc I dont think of him being back in......also thats if Roger doesn't suspend him, which he will probably get a suspension there, and it also doesn't include state time if any.


so the BEST case scenario is august 09.......for a player who relys on legs who hasnt been running, has a career passer rating of what around 76??? lol
