VH1 is hosting it - yet there is a committee that actually decides who is to be honored. So far, I really haven't had too much of a problem with the past nominees. I'm glad some network has actually taken the consideration to honor those who have contributed to the art form.

More on topic - I thought Furtado was good looking, but the shit she was wearing highlighted her ass and legs like nothing else I've seen her in.

The Missy tribute was real cool, and I believe she should have been honored (of course we could nitpick and find others that should be honored before her).

The Tribe tribute was the best, I'm glad they saved it for last. Lupe fucking up his verse was complete bullshit, I could have spit that shit without the music. Busta ripped the whole show a new asshole.

One thing - anyone know what's up with Phife? Dude looked hella fucked up, like he's got a drug dependency issue or leukemia or some shit.
