I don't know much about these guys, I found them on MySpace and CDBaby basically doing nothing more than trying to bolster my selection of Montana hip-hop (b/c that's obviously one of the tougher places to find talent). I came across these guys, and they impressed me, so I ordered their album, and they impressed me again.

The beats have a certain authenticity to them, as in they are very distinctive from anybody else I've heard. They work in some classic western sounds on the outstanding Introduction, and the beats throughout the album are solid. They even have somebody in their camp who's more than capable of singing some hooks, especially evident on the track "Elephant Graveyard."

Check these guys out.

Surprisingly not bad, but descent. I'm diggin' the tracks on their My Space. I like their unique style and how they are just being original. "Authenticity" is in their music which is lacking in hip-hop/rap and all other types of music nowdays.

Thanks for the post, snippets and info. If it wasn't for posts like this, a lot of underground artists would remain unknown. I'm sure there are a bundle of good artists out there that I'm sleepin' on....

Thanks man.

For real that is why I got on this message board in the first place, to get exposed to artists I would otherwise never know existed. To me this whole Siccness thing is kind of in the shitter these days b/c it is either just a bunch of shit talking or a bunch of talk about artists I already know about.

I always want to learn about new artists (preferably from a fan type who has already been exposed to their music, as opposed to the artist themselves or somebody in their camp b/c so often then they turn out to be wack).
