Yeah but shit gets tiring, ya know? The teams need a constant coach at least. Look at the coaching list ever since Al Davis was the owner.

But look, the problem with the Raiders is it's core, the owner himself. He's a stubborn old ass man that wants to win under HIS terms. I have no doubt he loves his team & wants the best but NO ONE wants to work in Oakland. How is it that Steelers, Dallas, etc. end up with good coaches and we have a limited list that are all shitty? (besides Kiffin cuzz I feel he could do us good within a few years) but you'll never hear that from a typical Raiders fan JUST BECUS Al is Mr. Raider himself, they feel they need to cover his ass & blame evryone else including water boys. Fuck that, time to rebel against the man that made the Raider Nation cuzz he's stopping us from TOO fuckin' much without knowing.
