So we are trying to figure out what the hell did she do lol Well its a telemarketing scam! So anybody who has used any check cashing places, they may be giving you a call. so don't fall for it.

Personal law firms don't file criminal charges, the DA/government does that. That should tip you off right off the bat.

My girlfriend got a phone call saying that she owed like $5,000 to Bally's for a contract she signed about five years ago. She was about to give them her credit card info and I told her that she shouldn't do it over the phone and she should have them mail her documentation. She gave them her address to send documentation and hasn't heard back from them since.

well my wife finally spoke them, and they told her the cops were on they way to our job. and she said i'm ready for ya! and they hung up. lol we havn't heard from them since.
