Damn thats bullshit. Its a mural out of respect and it means alot to everyone. We can't have shit out here. Theres a big ass mural in ny of big pun on a brick wall in the public and no one will cover that up. This is strait up buuuullshiiit. Fuck a water tower. I could give two shits about it. It's just gonna get rusty and theyre just gonna paint over it anyways. They better paint around the mural or something. That is alot of hard work down the drain.
