Circumstances: ON FEBRUARY 13, 2010, AT 10:41 PM, THREE CHILDREN WERE ABDUCTED DURING A CARJACKING IN THE CITY OF VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA. THE SUSPECT WAS LAST SEEN DRIVING A TAN LEXUS ES300, WITH A CA LICENSE PLATE OF 3TJU390, POSSIBLY IN THE AREA OF VALLEJO, CA.
